This policy describes the current Phase 1 build. Last updated September 8, 2026.

Audio and tool processing

Core audio is generated locally in your browser. The tools do not request microphone permission, record you, upload audio, or require an account. WAV export is encoded on your device and downloaded through the browser.

Settings and URLs

When you choose Copy Settings, selected technical values such as frequency, waveform, digital level, duration, pan, or a bounded list of tone rows may be encoded in the URL query string. Anyone who receives that URL can see those values. Do not put personal information in a settings URL. The site does not use local storage for tool state in this build, and shared links never autoplay.

Analytics status in this build

Google Analytics is configured for this build and may process usage and device information under Google’s terms and controls. The public measurement identifier enables the official browser script.

Microsoft Clarity is configured for this build and may process interaction, device, and session information under Microsoft’s terms and controls. The public project identifier enables the official browser script.

Analytics settings are build-time configuration. If an operator enables a provider, this page changes its disclosure during the same build rather than silently continuing to state that analytics is disabled. The tools send only coarse product event names when Google Analytics is present; they do not attach typed URL values or personal information to high-frequency slider events.

Server and hosting information

Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure used to deliver static files may process request information such as IP address, time, requested URL, user agent, and security logs. Hosting details and retention depend on the production provider and should be reviewed by the site operator before launch.

External links and choices

Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and network settings may affect optional third-party scripts. Disabling analytics does not affect local tone generation.
